For Newcomers and Returning Participants
Let yourself be swept away into the world of ballet. Even as an adult, you can discover the joy of classical dance, and you’ll be introduced to typical ballet movements gradually and skillfully. We’ll carefully work on strengthening your muscles, improving your flexibility, and developing graceful movements. With the help of music, the skills you’ve learned will ultimately come together in a dance experience.
