Pilates: Pregnancy and postnatal recovery

These Pilates classes are aimed specifically at women during and after pregnancy. The exercises are adapted to the physical changes and gently train body awareness and posture as well as awareness of the pelvic floor and breathing. In addition, the movements increase the feeling of well-being and the knowledge gained from the courses can be integrated into everyday life.

The courses are newly advertised and will start as soon as there are enough registrations. Previous knowledge of Pilates is not necessary.
