Inclusive dance theater

This course combines dance and theater. We use these two art forms to express stories, feelings and themes from our lives. Targeted exercises help us to arrive in our own bodies and become aware of our possibilities for movement and expression. In the group and with the help of music and language, we discover a broad repertoire of ways to express ourselves.
The focus is on being yourself and being allowed to express yourself - without any judgments. Everyone is welcome - the only requirement is an openness to play and dance with others.
